Thank you for a very comfortable stay for a business trip. The units are elegant, large with good beds. The setting is particularly good and marvellous, near to the Botanical Gardens, and several supermarkets and restaurants.

The breakfast with eggs, vegan options, the lovely fresh fruit salad was satisfactory and the people were very friendly there. Good location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

A very comfortable way to end my trip. Stunningly beautiful hotel in a marvellous position on local tourist sites. Superfriendly, outstandingly accommodating people working here. Good food, coffee, tea, croissants, toast, and jam.

We stayed here before and will certainly stay here again. Everything was perfect, it had good wifi, no complains at all. The personnel was welcoming and superfriendly. Liked the location in the very city centre.

Handy and nice location, Edinburgh airport was 15 km away. The staff were affable. The room was quiet and a nice size with complementary tea, a comfortable double bed, for instance.

The property's location is particularly good, really close to the Botanical Gardens and THE center of Edinburgh. There is Jeelie Piece nearby for a cup of coffee. The units were heated and neat with nowhere to hang towel. The hotel provides coffee, tea, croissants, toast, and jam for breakfast, the food is good.

This hotel was a brilliant find for the price we paid. It offered exceptional value for money, especially during the fringe festival. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized shower in the en suite. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in and even after check-out. The location was great, not right in the city centre but in a nice area with easy bus access. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic fresh fruit salad that stood out.

This hotel was located in a central area short walk to Edinburgh town centre, several supermarkets and good restaurants and great pubs.

Its location just close to a traditional theatre was magnificent. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were amiable.
